Hello, what are the gas prices like in st croix. I'm trying to decide weather I'm going to get a car or a mo ped scooter when I arrive in August. Please leave feed back. Thanks

During my visit, I saw a few scooters. Doable, but boy do they struggle up the hills! 🙂

Here we go again with the scooter haters.
Just to provide balance...many people drive scooters everyday on St. Croix. Would I want one if I lived at the top of a big hill? No. Are they a safe and reliable means of transportation on STX in general? Yes.

Haha a lot of scooter haters or what? I'm getting one I'm going to be living 10 minute walking distance from the boardwalk.
