planning on moving to STT within the next 2 months, any idea what the "gay" nightlife is and how accepted are same sex couples.

No problem with same sex couples that I've seen or heard about. No idea where the gay nightlife is but I'm sure it's here.

The locals tend to be very religous so some will accept you and some won't. Just depends on their beliefs and church. If you were single I would say don't come the pickins are very slim. I live on STX and I guarntee stt has more of a gay nightlife, they have more restaurants and bars in general. There's not much of a gay night life here, would love a fun gay bar here.

our gay bar owner over here died on the 2nd,he was great fun and the tim and i spent many nights sitting at his bar listening to his old hollywood stories.
