gifted program in stx schools

I teach at Ricardo Richards Elementary School. There is a accelerated class for grades 4-5-6, which you must be invited into, based upon your grades and teacher recommendation. It is a small class (14-16 students), with an excellent teacher.

Thanks,meowruff. I have a second grader that qualifies. So I wasn't sure which schools offered accelerated classes. I would like to hear from any others that may know as well. It's good to know the public schools offer these courses.
