Gigacrete Caribbean

Anyone know much about this company/product? I have seen a few of their projects from a couple years ago that look interesting. Also saw the humane society building. But I haven't seen any recent projects or heard any reviews from homeowners that have actually used the system. Their website appears to be a dead link, so not much info there. Also curious if there would be any problems selling the home down the road due to mortgage restrictions. I'm particularly interested in hearing from someone who actually lives in a gigahouse.
