He was kicked out of the UVI dorms last year for bad behavior including pulling a fire alarm when 4 security guards came for him.

He does sound like a wacco, but I don;t think mentioning Oregon is germane to the story. It's good to see that Judge Kendall is protecting us from those off island drunks. We would hope he would be as proactive when dealing with local felons. ...not

Sounds like too many drugs to me. Weird. I'm surprised he was alive after kicking police in the face.

Oregon has an assisted suicide law on the books. Maybe he was looking for assistance in all the wrong places.

Ms Information: I included Oregon because the paper did. Also, in another thread, there was didcussion on the haphazard enforcement of laws. This kid was pulled over for cell phone and seat belt. Would he have had the trouble if he happened to be a local? He might have even gotten away without a ticket if he had been polite.

BTW, are you sensitive about Oregon? 😉 Quack, quack, quack!

Quack Quack...lol

I just hung up the phone after talking to my daughter and grandson in Portland. She just wants the rain to stop. I told her the rain was always warm on St Croix.

The poor guy must have had water on the brain. lol
