I found myself getting swept up in the drama and hysteria of some FB pages last night. I said some very mean things for which I have apologized directly and publically to the people I said them to, but remain very ashamed of myself as being mean and snarky is neither who I am, nor is it helpful in any way right now.

for now it's best if I keep my damn mouth shut in public forums.
