What are you planning to do with the golf cart? You do know you can't use it for actual transportation, right? I only say it like that because you said golf cart OR island car. I guess if you had a street legal, gas powered one that goes 35 mph you could. LOL

There are a lot of golf carts on Water Island. There have been discussions with VI govt to approve an "exception" for Water Island and permit the use of golf carts on territory roads. No progress with this "exception" to be granted officially of course but that never really stopped us folks on WI to buck the rules.
