Wanting to buy a small business that is for sale on St. Croix. Looking for a strong realtor to represent me. Any recommendations? Also, looking for a local lawyer.

I used Samuel T. Grey ( lawyer).... It was residential real estate , not sure if he does commercial as well . I was very satisfied.

I'd used Chris Hanley.
He is a Realtor. You'll need a lawyer for closing.
