Rebuttal.

I don't have a side in this other than I never believe a first report. 🙂

And have you ever heard of anyone publishing stories that allege bribe taking, accusing two attorneys, and other government officials without the fear of slander suits. Either Matthew Boyle has unlimited money or is crazy, or he is right on the money.

And why hasn't Frazer (DeJongh's attorney general) or Sharpe (the US Atty) made a comment, even to deny the allegations. I think deJongh probably did everything they said and maybe more. And maybe the senate voted against hearing the recall bill because they are culpable; consider that Boyle says that local senators were bribed too.

Face it guys. DeJongh is not that good a governor. And he is a crook too.

I've never understood the habit of so many Virgin Islanders to celebrate and reward dishonesty while reviling integrity. deJongh made it clear from the outset that he would use his second term to clean out the deadwood in government, and he is honoring that promise. This whole faux scandle is an opportunistic attempt at payback. It's telling that Prosser is made out to be a sympathetic figure, while in truth he is the most vile of the carpetbaggers to land on our shores.

Why haven't either the Atty Gen Frazer or US Atty Sharpe issued denials?
Who is bold enough to print libelous stories in two national papers about attorneys?
