That's a great link! I have been following this message board for a few months now too, planning my move to STX. I haven't yet found that one. Good luck with your search and maybe I'll see ya down there in the winter!
From everything i have read here, you should definitely do a pre-move visit. I am planning mine for the end of October. Taking the advice of the people that know what they are talking is the smart thing to do!
