Just wondering what fitness options were out there on STX. What are the options for gyms, sports clubs, etc.? Thanks!

... As far as I know, there is only one gym... Beeston Hill... close to them there is a tennis club, and another tennis club at the Buccaneer Hotel which also has a golf course...

Altoona lagoon has a nice outdoor obstacle course. A good place to run and bike ride as well.

The Reef Condos on the east end has an exercise area behind the golf shop. Seven machines, a bench, some dumb bells and a limited amount of free weights. There is also an exercise bike.

It is open to anyone for a fee. $75 per person for six months, $125 for an annual membership.

Thanks for the info. Also, how is the golf course out at The Reef?

The Reef is a nice nine hole course, and The Bucc is a nice 18 hole
oceanside ( off and on) course. The Bucc is just a few minutes east
of Christiansted, The Reef further out East.
