Hair salons in St Thomas?

Hello all

I'm a Hairdresser and have worked for some big names. I really want to settle in St Thomas but was wondering are there any really cool trendy salons in St Thomas? Or just a nice salon most people know of? I'm also a photographer and would like to start a small business with that as well. I'm just looking for income when I arrive. I've visited the Island and love the culture and excited to be apart of it soon...

Thanks Scott

Hi Scott: I've tried Philip Sturm and Jan Michaels, in my opinion they were just okay. The best and most trendy that I've found by far in STT is Monica's Hair Studio at the Crown Bay Marina. Previously I worked in the salon industry so I know what to look for. They have a strong local clientele, good products and great customer service. The contact person/owner is Annette 340-774-1944
Hope your move works out well for you, this is a great place to be.

does anyone know if any of these salons are Redken salons, meaning do they use Redken products and Redken trained?
