Do children on STT celebrate Halloween? I know the traditional trick or treating is probably not done, just because of terrain. However, are there other types of celebration?

Trick-or-treating isn't customary here but not because of the terrain. West Indian culture respects the possibility of the existence of ghosts, the devil, witches etc. and locals don't want to mess with evil and the supernatural. Instead the following day, All Saint's Day, is a USVI holiday. That said, there is usually a Halloween "event" at Tutu mall for kids and bars that cater to tourists may acknowledge the date for adults.

VI Montessori has a great Halloween party for kids. It is at the school and held the last Saturday of the month.

Thanks so much for the ideas. My son loves Halloween and I was trying to find something for him.
