I realized today that I hadn't seen the little man who walks the island in a couple of months. He is obviously both physically and mentally disabled and I've seen him all over the island - always walking. Sometime in shorts and a too-big T-shirt, sometimes wearing just the shirt, always barefoot.
I'd like to think he's in a better situation. Anybody have any info?

I haven't seen "Chester" either in a looong time. Hopefully, he's in a better place!

I think I remember someone telling me he's locked up but I am not 100% certain about that. Haven't seen him in a while either but since the office moved I'm not on that side of isle much.

Just love our pet names for our dudes/dettes. Seems like we always know who we mean. I can't place 'little (semi) naked guy, tho' I've heard about him. Meanwhile, I'm kinda glad that 'stinky/furry-but OK' guy seems to be visiting other areas this week.

How about the tall girl? who always dresses in a thrift shop African style? I saw her for the first time in a long time in town this morning.

lol semi naked guy used to stand totally naked under the tree by the richmond police station at the stop lights,now that was interesting and last night that mean old woman was literally chasing 2 white guys down the street yelling and screaming for money,and the woman with the foot high turban is back in town i see,she tried picking me up for some fun outside the library and i looked her up and down and said honey you got the wrong plumbing
