Hi Everyone, Does anyone know of any free health care on the island for people without health insurance or a job. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Emergency Room has to treat anyone, regardless of income or employment status. Any other places, guys?

While the emergency room has to treat you in an emergency, you will still get a bill. The Health department runs a community clinic, but you will be required to pay something. The East End Family Clinic at Tutu Mall is supported through federal grants, but again, you will be expected to pay something.

There is no free lunch.
