I have reviewed the FAQs and done the search, but have not seen any reference to my question. Does anyone know if local providers accept TRICARE as insurance payees? I am retired military and have TRICARE as health care coverage.

Have you checked with the VA here? I would think that they would know. You could call around to a few providers and see, the yellow pages for the VI are available at www.viphonebook.com.
