Hi everyone!

My husband and I are thinking about moving to USVI and we run an internet-based business. Here in Pennsylvania, we pay for healthcare through the Chamber of Commerce which basically puts us in a group plan with all the other Chamber members in the State.

I have heard it is impossible to get individual healthcare insurance in USVI. Is it also impossible to get health insurance as a small business? Does anyone know?

Thank you!

Dear Kass,
We have no insurance carriers in the US Virgin Islands that offer individual health insurance plans to new clients. However, United HealthCare Insurance Co. will provide group health insurance coverage to small businesses with as few as two employees. I will send a Private Message with additional information. Carl
