The Hebrew Congregation of St. Thomas will hold its 17th annual Antiques, Art and Collectibles Auction on Sunday, Feb. 21, at the MCM Center at Antilles School.
The synagogue's annual auction is a mainstay of the island's social calendar, offering a live auction, a silent auction and direct sales at the ‘flea market’ tables. Doors will open at 10 a.m.; the gavel falls at noon; everything wraps up by about 3 p.m. It's a chance to mix and mingle, eat and drink, snag some bargains and have fun.

Darn. I love a good auction. Wish I had known sooner. That's an event that would get me on a seaplane.
