I am new to this site and will be new the Island experience, Just want to to say hello to everyone!! My wife and I are looking to move to ST Thomas, we are looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom house, condo that allows a small dog, house broken, we are non-smokers we are looking a for a short term lease around 6 months ... We are looking forward to the move, however if we are unable to find a place soon I will be moving to head hunt at place when I arrive.... Hope to hear from ya!!!

Hey there Diversitee. My name is Joony and I am new this site as well. I won't pretend to know much, but I have read on here to check the classifieds. Check out the islands Daily News! I'll let you know if I hear anything. Good Luck.

The Daily News (www.virginislandsdailynews.com) is an OK place to look, but for STT, the best place to look is in the Island Trader. You can call the Daily News (www.viphonebook.com) and ask for "Circulation" and they will mail you one for $4. They are free and come out every Thursday here, but $4 for having someone mail you one ain't bad. It'll give you an idea of what to expect.
