After a few weeks of dropped calls AGAIN, I called them. After many "put on hold" minutes a very nice rep told me that yes, they are having problems with some of the towers on STX. Not many people have called to complain so we get no action! PLEASE CALL THEM AND COMPLAIN!!!! Just maybe something will be done.

I've been calling and calling. I get 4 bars of 3g and no calls go through. Frustrating.
Although this am I had some luck by turning off 3g, and while the signal strength dropped, I was able to call without issue.

maybe using a land line - the old fashioned way - would make it easier.

friend told me she went to get a new att phone and they told her that they were having problems with tower again and that the guy who serviced it quite so they have bring someone from p.r. and didnt know when that would be. (just what she was told)
