Hovensa workplace

Good morning all.

I’ve been perusing the message boards for quite some time now and have learned many things crucial to our upcoming move to STX – Thanks!!!

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to uncover much about the Hovensa culture from an employee standpoint. My fiancé is in the technology industry and is curious about the IT environment at Hovensa: How is department is perceived internally? Are there certain efficiencies that people feel should be employed? What is the overall employee satisfaction level within the department and company-wide?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
