Hull Bay Hideway - North Drop

I heard that Hull Bay Hideaway is no longer going to have any fried foods on their menu - no FRIES, no Chicken tenders ... I hope it is just a vicious rumor.
Whenever we lose power we go there for chicken tenders and fries. We go there often! 😮
Also, heard that it is for sale - the Hideaway, not the fries.

And North Drop closed ?!?!?!?!

I hope someone knows something...
Anyone? Anyone?

It's true. They're revamping the menu as part of the opening of their new beach bar project - a big improvement indeed.

Big improvement being the beach bar, or the lack of french fries ?

So is Arthur still going to be there with his wonderful burgers, or is he gone too in the "revamping?"

Drove by there today and they are renovating. First time I have seen activity there since the doors closed. That is my only input...at least something's going on there...hope it's good!

Connie, that worked at Room With a View, is the new owner of North Drop. I think a new name and fancy food is on the horizon.

Ronnie,
Thanks for the update! I hope they aren't TOO fancy with the food! Plain folk have always hung out there..... regardless, happy to have the location in use.
Anyone know when they are opening?

Hope that it isn't fancy prices with the fancy food at North Drop. Definitely a local kinda joint...having gotten lost several times when first searching for it, can't imagine telling a tourist to go for dinner!!! Actually, I know Connie...maybe I will give her a call and try to get the scoop!

I also hope it isn't too "fancy" or expensive - it really is more of a local place than a tourist place. Close and convenient to go get a pizza.

Great, now I'm hungry !
😛
