I would like some information on prices (guestimate) for hurricane insurance for 2 bedroom condos on St. Thomas. Thanks Bruce.

Bruce: I would check with specific condo association- there have been lots of changes this last year. Also you have to ask for windstorm vs flood...

Most condos's have the insurance built into the monthly maintenance fee. Definitely check out the flood insurance too since the islands are overdue for an earthquake like the one that hit Dec.3, 1867. Cocobey pan tap ah yaws.
