If you had guests coming in and your place was not big enough to accomadate them all where would you direct them to stay? Oh. On St Thomas
1. Money isn't issue
2. They will have vehicle
3. They are late 50s not partiers
4. Condo/Estate/Hotel?
5. I'm sure we will still be responsible for ideas and entertainment and we are on Northside
6. Will be here early summer

Thank you.

I'd look on www.vrbo.com for a condo or villa (depending on how many people you're talking about). Take a look at Mahogany Run rentals and also check out the Hull Bay Cottages. VRBO is a very user friendly site to navigate and if you enter your parameters it quickly sorts everything.

I was on VRBO earlier. There will be 3 of them. Since I will be working I want to have them in a spot where they are close to restaurant options so I can sleep at reasonable hour.
🙂

They'll have wheels so either of the suggestions I mentioned would fit. If they want to be beachfront. take a look at Sapphire and they could also look at Secret Harbour although their rentals are in-house and not via vrbo.

I'm not particularly keen on that area - have known many over the years who've lived there. It's very hot (South side) and the beach isn't the best. I'd take somewhere on the East end or North side any day. Check out East end locations of Elysian and Cowpet too. Best views are unquestionably at Sapphire - plus East end generally with its close proximity to Red Hook as well as to shopping options is always a good choice..

If money is no object, they have many options. Just need to figure out what floats their boat. Beachfront, countryside, etc.

Lots of vacation villa rentals available especially during our slow,
off season months. Another site to check is www.flipkey.com
There lots of them.

This is my neighbor's vacation rental:
https://www.flipkey.com/british-virgin-islands-villa-rentals/p323111/
It's pretty sweet.

Good to have travel insurance in place during hurricane season and also ask policy of owner or management as some do not wish to have guests in residence during a storm/hurricane event.

If you just want something nearby to your location, lower priced, you can check Mafolie Hotel. Nice views of town and harbor, especially at night, has pool, serves food, close to your location, short hop to Magens Bay, town, a variety of restaurants, etc.

Good luck.

Mafolie was my first thought but according to their website no availability. May call them. Sapphire was another of my thoughts. I'll pass your friend's rental on. Thank you Alana and Anna

PM me if you like and can give you my neighbor's names and contact tel. Very nice people.

Sapphire and Secret Harbour are nice but only 1 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa for additional person. Better if 3rd person got their own unit if they stayed there. Of course, there's always the Ritz.

Secret Harbor is one of my wife's favorite beaches. Definitely forward that too.

I just saw that OT. No wrong place. It is up to them. I know we are doing a fishing trip out of Sapphire so that may make it easier
