Has anyone had any success getting into the Web setup page of an Innovative DSL modem (mine is a Zhone 6381-A2)? I need to forward some ports to my local LAN, but the Web interface page does not come up when I access the Modem's gateway address (10.0.0.1 in my case). I'm wondering if Innovative has disabled it...

i don't know anything about what innovative uses, but other potentials include...
10.1.10.1
10.1.1.1
10.0.1.1
10.1.0.1
and
192.168.0.1
192.168.1.1
192.169.2.1
most modems use one of these.
if you get nothing, then Start > Run > CMD.exe
at the prompt, type ...
ping 192.168.0.1
... and all the other addresses.
the one that does not timeout is your modem's address.

I've got Innovative's Zhone 6381-A3 model which I installed last week (showed up 45 minutes before closing at Innovative and had my Internet and cable on that evening and phone the next day.)
I tried the I.P. addresses shown above and couldn't get the router configuration page with any of them...
Hopefully you can get an answer from Innovative's customer service (I must say I've been very impressed by their people so far.)
