So, soon come finally arrived (only one year late!), and I got EVO.
3MBPS, but it's being super sluggish. I can't tell the difference between this and my old 0.3MBPS DL speed. I think it might have something to do with the upload speed. Thoughts?

BBVI is incredibly slow today!
2.73 download and 1.36 download.
Tried calling but line has been busy for awhile.
Anyone else having issues - Northside/STT?
