Can't help you with the number (sorry), but usually those things take a couple of billing cycles to go into effect... not sure about that particular company, but that's been my experience with others.

Roadrunner - thanks for reply - that was I was thinkin' too, except I'd like to avoid paying them twice, that is, I send a check but then they also collect from my credit card. Opinion, suggestions?

Don't send a check. Pay with your credit card. Then, if they do charge it again, the credit card will credit you for a double payment. OR you can just let the double payment ride, and they will eventually "catch up". Just keep an eye on it. Not sure, but I think the number for Innovative is the same on all islands. 340-779-9999.

Thanks a bunch Juanita. 🙂
But, will Innovative take a cc payment over the phone - I am in Maryland, and God forbid they get their payment late ! (LOL)

Ditto what was said already about the billing taking a few cycles to catch up and yes, they'll take a cc phone payment. Recently the credit card I use for autopay expired and a nice lady from Innovative found me halfway around the world to tell me and to get an updated card.

Best,
