what would a 30 year mortgage rate be with good credit

Is this your primary residence or a vacation home?

How much are you putting down?

this would be a vacation home, with 20% down we will see if we like ISLAND LIFE for a few years be fore we make a long term move

if this a single family home and not multible housing such as duplex, tri... the interest rates are very comparable to U.S. interest rates around 6.250 w/ zero points today. best of luck

I think rates are a little bit higher. First Bank is at 6.886% with no points on a thirty year loan.
