Terry: I also firmly believe that it is in one's perception. I have been places with another person and we will have completely different views of what occured. One will see rudeness, one will see fatigue, inattention or some other factor. I still think if you are kind, quiet and persevering, you will receive some kindness back.
It takes a pleasant person to see others as pleasant. 😉
