Do you mean a cafe that has computers with internet access, or cafes that have wifi?

Twin City Coffee House has great sandwiches, muffins, etc. Can't comment on the coffee because I'm not a coffee drinker. Last time I was there, the internet was free, and even though it's a tiny space, they didn't seem to mind if people stayed for quite a while. Here's their website for hours, location, etc:

I went there a month ago and asked for the Wi-Fi password, and the owner wanted to charge me $5 an hour. After she found out I had ordered breakfast and two rounds of coffee when I was checking out to leave was she offering the wi-fi for free. So I think with TCCH, it depends on whether you are eating there. Or maybe the owner was having an off day. idk.

I can certainly understand not offering free WiFi to anyone who wanders in the door and isn't buying anything, but on the other hand, I can't imagine why a business owner would assume that someone is doing that, especially in such a tiny place! (And really, it might be a good business move to offer free WiFi anyway... if people hang around long enough, they'll get hungry/thirsty. 🙂 )

Or take up the space for paying customers and table turnover.

The service there is awful too. We went there a few times when we moved here and I just felt uncomfortable. I went there again recently and still felt ughh about it. I don't care about wifi. I don't think I will ever get used to waiting fifteen minutes for a bagel--that has been my experience everywhere though.

There are two internet cafes (computers with internet) close by. One on Company a block up on the right and one on King half a block up on the left. I can get the names if you need them. There is another one above the laundromat in Gallows Bay.
