Certainly not the first time this has happened and certainly won't be the last. Forward thinking seems to be very elusive in many governmental agencies throughout the US system.

Ha! And they want to sue Hovensa... They are going to take one from the book of the Girl Scouts and go door to door to selling Johnny Cakes as a fundraiser...

They need money for the JFL Hospital, Hovensa lawsuit, Legal Services is asking for a good chunk, Unemployment Benefits are low too, VITEMA says the owe the differential pay to employees.. Then, on top of that, IRB runs the residents with IOUs... I hope I get mine in the next 10 years...
