Is Hull Bay safe area? How's the beach?
How far is it from Red Hook or downtown?
Is $1000 Rent/mo with AC, beach front, fully funished reasonable in Hull Bay area?

Yah. Hull bay is nice.
Its pretty close to downtown.
Far from redhook.
