My daughter and I are visiting St. Croix this week-end to get a look at my apartment. Is there a particular spot where the locals go most of the time ? We would like to get a feel for the environment. I will not be back for a while as i need to take care of personal business before moving. Any suggestions would be helpful, Mike.

Mardi Croix is this Saturday at Cane Bay Beach. I think you'll get a good feel for how locals like to party if you come out 😎

Go have a meal at La Reine Chicken Shack.

Saturday morning market at la Reine, next to the chicken shack. West end beaches, a drive thru the rainforest. You can get a great tour of the island and see just about everything in one day thru a tan tan jeep tour..locals are the tour guides and will usually share great information and history along the ride....and you will have a great time...see amazing views and go to areas only accessible by jeep.
