Is there a location(s) on STX anywhere, where locals park their cars that are for sale -kinda like an unofficial used car lot ? Trying to find a local vehicle to buy and seems like every ad I reach out to, the vehicle is on another island and they want $400-$600 up front before I even get to look at the vehicle.
Looking for a Jeep or pick up type vehicle... 4 seats, something that sits up off the ground a little bit and can take the abuse of these roads...
As always -
Thankx~
Bill

There are tons of vehicles offered on the Facebook buy and sell pages everyday.

Search Facebook for these:

St Croix Vi Buy or Sell Your Stuff 24/7
STX 411 on selling and buying goods
Pirate's Chest. Buy,Trade or Sell. St.Croix..VI
St Croix Marketplace

They are the main pages for St. Croix.

Thankx vicanuck - I am on all of those sites, the couple I've seen so far that I was interested in were either ads from a year ago or located off island --
But I'll keep checking.... Thankx again,

Hey Bill, I have a 2014 Ford Escape I’m getting ready to sell. It was my wife’s vehicle, now ex. I got it as part of our divorce settlement. Great vehicle and in great shape but I decided to go in a different direction so I’m not reminded on a daily basis of the 21 years we spent together. Anyway, it’s an SE model, Eco Boost 1.6, 4WD with just under 26K miles. I think the only option besides the SE package is the moon roof. All service has been done at the dealer. It was financed through USAA but I paid it off and just got the title with the lien release in the mail today. Haven’t really thought through pricing yet but will be using Kelly Blue Book as my guide. If you want more info send me a private message. Jeff

Thankx Kimd- but I found a truck yesterday that suits my needs and I'm happy with --- best of luck moving your Ford Escape - from what I've seen - you should have no trouble selling it.

Bill
