I was hoping you were talking about the owner of the Cowboys.

Wasn't he married to Kim Jones or maybe still was?

Jerry Jones was not married to Kim Jones. You're think of Rob Jones. Jerry wasn't married but had a long term girlfriend, Gloria. I believe he has two daughters from a previous marriage. He may have died of a heart attack but the cause of death hasn't been determined yet as far as I know.

Very sad news! He was a super nice guy and the voice of our radio ads.
He will be missed by many! The morning show on Mongoose will not be the same.....

The interesting thing about radio personalities is that, although they may die, their voice lives on. I have an old spot that Tom Yarborough did for us on my on-hold message and he died 5 years ago!

The spot Jerry did for us a few years ago will live on.

I heard it was a heart attack.

There is a memorial planned for Jerry at the Deep End Bar Sunday at 4 pm (I think 4 pm...check that). You can inquiry about the cause of death there.

Thanks. I'll let a number of others know as well. Wish there had been an obit though. Would have liked to learn more about the man.
