jet blue booking troubles

Hi,
Just thought I would mention that I was looking for flights from NY area to STX on the Jet Blue site and it kept saying there were no flights available, even with multi city, Now I know there are flights so I called the booking number that cost $20 to use and asked them to check and he said he could see flights with several connecting options on his computer but also could not get them to work with the online website. He said he would waive the $20 fee to book it on the phone because of this. Here is the real problem though, this was like this last year when I tried to book something online and brought it to their attention then, but it is still not fixed and eventually they will say the route is not profitable and drop it from lack of interest, but they can't get bookings if people can't book it and they don't fix it! The red headed stepchild again! If you try to use the site and it does not work call them up and complain to them to fix it before we have to swim back and forth.
D

Every time I've looked since they started flying here in Dec either the booking tool wasn't working or it was price prohibitive. I just booked last night on AA to LGA for $323/pp. I stick with what works (for now LOL).
