Interested in possibly relocating to the VI. Mostly interested in STX, but STT is a possiblity as well. Wanting to know what the market is like as far as working in the real estate field. I am a Broker in the States, and do sales, but am interested in doing more in the way of Property Management. Any one have any advice or ideas?

I would think that calling some of the realtors on STX would be the best way to get a feel for the market. The phone book is on-line at www.viphonebook.com, so let your fingers do the walkin'! haha!
