Hello, my name is Elliott and I have taken a job for a year here on St. Croix. I am living in Hannah's Rest near Frederiksted. I was wondering if there are any other newbies/other folks who moved to the island who might want to meet up and have a drink or whatever. I was also wondering about finding a dive partner as I have my certification but no dive buddy to go diving with.
Anywho, thanks everyone else on this board for all the good information.

I am moving to STX in mid-August.
I would definitely be up for grabbing a drink once I get down there!

The best people to dive with on a boat is N2Blue. They also just bought Scuba Shack in Fsted. Don't know if they changed the name or not. It's North next to Coco Nuts.
I won't be back down there until Nov myself.

Elliott,
I will be on island August 1 and will definately need a drink so I will definately hit you up for one. As far as the scuba goes I am not certified but that is going to be a top priority besides getting a job.
