Relocation advice for professionals?

I am an attorney (licensed in Florida) and my husband is chemical engineer with his MBA - we are considering relocating to St. Croix in the near future (if he gets a good job offer), and I was hoping for some advice? My husband has applied at Hovensa - any advice on other places to look for jobs which involve engineering and management? Anybody with experience working for or interviewing for Hovensa? We'd like to know how their hiring process goes. Also, any advice for attorneys looking to relocate to the US VI? I know that I would only need to take the local bar exam, as my ethics and multi-state scores will be accepted. Any information you can give me on the job market for attorneys would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ahead of time for any advice!

Was curious how your relocation and job search went. We are in a similar situation and I'm an engineer looking at employment with Hovensa. Any advice toward the Hovensa hiring process and relocation would be appreciated.
