two and half years later and it hasn't gone to trial. The companies took a big loss and can't get anything resolved. Why wouldn't there be criminal charges?

Because there is no evidence to support a criminal charge. The company who filed the civil charges is no longer in existence and speculation is that these 3 year old charges were dragged into the public eye by someone with a political agenda. There's nothing unusual about a 2-3 year and way more delay in hearing civil cases. The courts are backlogged.

I am still waiting for the results of an appeal filed 3 years ago. The case was won 4 years ago.

Not unusual for things to drag on for years because the courts are so backlogged.

God help you if you die without a Trust document. It will take years
for your estate to be settled and your assets are frozen until they are while your heirs wait and shell out money until it is. 2-3 years is NOTHING!

So nice to read in today's Avis that Emmett Hansen has been let go by JFL Hospital.

Maybe CEO Griffiths finally caught on to the Kim Jones/Emmett Hansen connection.

Probably one of the smarter things he done lately.
