I tried running a search on this topic, but didn't come up with anything.
What time is "last call" at the bars and how late do they stay open? Also, do servers make minimum wage + tips? I'm in Oregon and our servers make the state minimum wage of $7.95 per hour + tips, but I know in other states servers don't make minimum wage.

Not sure about the income, but most places close when all the customers are gone...or they kick you out at 4 am....whichever comes first. This, of course, doesn't apply to the restaurants, but most bars run this way, IME...
