What are our options for health insurance when living on STT? I’m a Brit with Permanent US residency, wife is American. It sounds like I can get coverage through Cigna, but she can’t?
Any advice much appreciated!

Still no good options for American citizens for individual health plans. There are group plans for employers. They are expensive. And they require the employer to show proof that covered employees work a minimum of 30 hrs a week. All of the carriers I recently request quotes from asked for VIESA reports to show proof.

My wife and I (dual CDN/USA citizens) have had Cigna Global individual healthcare coverage in the USVI for several years. We're pretty happy with it and they're been quite responsive throughout as I do have an ongoing health issue that I get treatment for in FLL.
However, it is my understanding that Cigna Global is no longer writing "new" policies in the USVI and hasn't for a few years now.
