I am really trying to find out if someone would even consider a lease/option on a house on STX.Hey,I'm NOT lazy,if it needs a lot of fixup help,thats ok.Or if someone has multiple rentals and would trade work done on all their rentals on a long term basis in trade for a lease/option on another home they might like to let go.That would be workable too.I really need a house that doesn't have a problem with large dogs.Please let me know.Thanks!!!

I have a business stateside,that I take care of rentals,and really could do that on STX (as I am moving to VI ASAP)if someone needs that service done on a long term basis in trade for a house to buy on STX,please let me know.I've been at it for 7 years.I do the landscaping,cleaning,painting,arrange larger repairs etc.Am reliable,bondable,and highly motivated.I have a 7 yr. old daughter to raise.Anyone interested or know someone who might be..??????
