I don't know the answer but thought I'd at least respond and let you know where you might ask about it. There are really only four places to try that I know of. DIVI - they definitely have offered the service in the past but I know one of the primary ladies who did them has moved stateside and don't know if they have replaced her yet. BUCCANEER - the spa there likely offers it, and if they don't they will know who does. RE-NU-ATUM SPA at 5 corners, they would be my first choice... very nice facility and people. I'm not sure if they do waxing though - They are more holistic/massage/etc. and also CARAMBOLA . Their spa is leased out and I'm not sure of its current status (open?) but they'd likely have the service. Those are the major spas.

Now.. I know that a couple of the nail salons do eyebrow/facial waxing. You could ask there. Or ask at the Beauty Salons... they'd know who to go to I bet.
