(tu)Stopped by today for my first time around 2:30 for lunch; chicken strips (5) and hushpuppies (4) for 5 bucks ... Awesome! I'm looking forward to going back to try other things on their menu. I wish you the best of luck Leo's, I think you're on the right track.

Hi Leo........
Thank you for your reply and offers for refund and complimentary meal. I know that things happen in a restaurant environment. I'm not looking for a free meal or refund! I just want you all to succeed here so try and fix the problems I had today and I'll be back. For your information, I came in around 12:30 for lunch. See you next time. By the way, is Leo part of the staff here or is that another person taking orders??

Thanks Stxer1:

We're trying hard to fix the issues, they reoccurred today but we're working on working them out. There's a special process on the chicken that we have to follow and when its not followed the chicken doesn't come out. I'd encourage anyone with a bad experience to PM me so we can know about it and fix it immediately or even post here.

Here is what we're working on.
1) wait times. (with this, we need just a bit more history to do predictive cooking). chicken tenders have a very short hold time and this is usually cooked to order, not to stock, but with predictive cooking we can work within the short hold time on the tenders to keep them still piping hot and very fresh. another issue is with tossing wings, we plan on separating wing orders from the others, that way we can eliminate the bottle necks.

2) menu expansion. we're waiting on the green light on the the signature sides such as the cajun red beans and rice, cajun rice & seafood gumbo. the chicken and fish sandwiches are gonna be rolled out a bit after the sides. its all in the development cycle.

3) process consistency, etc.
