So far all I have seen on island are the fly by nights who come in for a few days and then off they go. I never trust these guys and they are usually getting busted for their scales being off. Does anyone know if any of the jewelers buy? Thank you.

Thank you everyone.
I have the usual collection of broken chains, one earring, bent rings, etc. I also have an item that I do not want to sell, but I do want tested. Figure they must have all the testing stuff if they buy. Would have never thought of going there. It reminds me of the duty free shops in airports so I have never gone in. I will give them a call.

Don't sell your gold! It's actual value is much, much more than you realize and it will go much higher once the ever worth less US dollar finally collapses.which is pretty soon. They are constantly devaluing the dollar by printing more money. How do you think they handled the fiscal cliff? This causes massive inflation problems and obviously higher food and gas problems. This drives up gold and silver prices too. Bond market is about to burst. There is a reason gold sales places have spriung up. Gold is money. China and rest of world including central banks quietly buying up gold as a reset will happen and all fiat (paper) currencies will be devalued. It's the only way to get rid of the debt - to devalue it against gold. Japan just announced its going to start printing money too to devalue its currency because it had a debt to GDP ratio of more than 200%!!!! uS is in no better condition and USVI - how does it fund itself? Bonds! With fake money! It's a confidence game they are playing - a real con game. And the US is losing credibility fast in the eyes of the world. Hang on to your gold. Trust me. It may be able to buy you a house soon. You will wake up one day as people in Argentina did and find out your dollar is now worth .25 cents. Save I silver and gold
