You'd have to contact the various marinas to see what's available.
There are several marinas, large and small.
Sapphire Bay, American Yacht Harbor, Compass Point, Banner Bay, Fish Hawk, some small docks here and there, Yacht Haven Grand (mega yachts), Crown Bay Marina.
Check a local phone book or Google.

Yes but extremely expensive. Compass point marina seems to be the best option as they will not kick you out for the hurricane approaching.
if you looking for the marina in the tropics PR, SXM or Martinique is a much better option.
