Anyone have any they'd care to share? Tired of the usual baking/boiling! 😛

Broil
Grill
Chowder
Pasta

Take the meat out of the tail and cube it up, Stir into a favorite sauce, load it into the shell and broil or bake.

Dipped in butter is the best though!!*-)

If you like spice Creole or Jamaican: take out the meat from the shell, heat pan with olive oil saute fresh garlic , shallots add lobster, hot fresh pepper (red) pinnaple chunck little salt and curry pour about 2oz of dry white wine reduce heat....cook no more than 6 minutes serve over basmati rice of linguini. I'm sure you'll love . spicy and sweet great mix..... Jacques
