Sorry for the confusion, we are looking at moving to STX. Have done alittle research on Mill Harbour and Colony Cove condos and would like some info on houses to rent/lease also, any info would be helpful.

are some numbers that have been offered on the board in the past.
Also, Avis newspaper 340-773-2300 for classifieds- they don't take cards, you have to mail them a check, but they will set you up with a short term subscription.
The realtors I have spoken to aren't really interested in long term rental- I guess because properties are limited and the money is in sales or short term rental.

There is a condo for rent in today's AVIS. I'm not sure if you're just looking for a couple of months of a year or so but many people move for a couple of months while they are looking around. This condo is great, second floor right on the water.
