Can anyone recommend a good church here, which has contempory music, preferably non-denominational, and isn't too wild and crazy?

If you are on St. Thomas I would recommend St. Thomas Reformed Church or Lutheran Church of the Reformation. The latter doesn't have contemporary music at every service but they do at many and whenever it is the music is good.

I would add, if you are interested in being part of something new, that there is an Episcopal mission on the east end, Nazareth by the Sea. They meet Sundays at 5 pm at the old Seafood Jungle at Cabrita Point. Very casual. Always looking for new ideas, too! 😉
